I did a search for a pic of a 2007250 ninjawithout the flame decals and I did not find one. If someone knows of a pic please post it. I would like to see what it would look like before I decide to do it. I need the pic of a black one. I seen the red somewhere and that is it.

 

i dont have one of black but I have the silver with no decals, pics are under "promised pics of silver 07..."

 

I'm sure it would look good. i don't have a pic either but i'm sure it will look cool.

 

Here is mine, it's not complete yet, and it's flat black, but it has no decals.

Thanks guys, it's is almost done, and I signed up for mysafety course. I also just recently got the bike running, I have been making laps up and down my driveway.

 

Here it is I finally got it and rode it. I decided to take the flames off so I guess I answered my original post.

think im gonna have to do mine now, so what steps did u do to take them off?

 

I used a hair dryer to get the decal to start to come off then I peeled what I could with my fingers without ripping the decal. If it got to the point that it tore I applied the hair dryer and begone over. It took me about a hour and a half to get both sides. It was a pain. Very time consuming. The next day I got some goo gone and used that to get the residue from the decals off. It too took awhile to do. Everyone said it was very quick to get the residue off but it took me another hour and a half to do. I think that I might of not let it sit long enough to take total effect but eventually I got it all off. I also had a bucket of water that I washed a section off when I was done so the goo gone didn't do any damage to the fairing, which I don't think that it would of but you never know. That is pretty much it. If anymore questions let me know.
