Yep, I'm new here!
I'm Doug, (obviously), and I'm a riding junkie. 
I don't ever actually put my bike away for the winter, because there's always a chance to jump on and ride.
I had a Kawi kz440, got hit by a car and crashed it. While I was healing, and off work I set about fixing the bike. As the bike repair was moving along, I needed something else to ride in the meantime so I bought a nighthawk. While I was riding it and fixing the other I got an all original older Honda Scrambler 350 for free I was going to restore so I was up to 3 bikes for awhile.
Got the Kawi all fixed, but just looking at it gave me the heeby-jeebys from the crash, so I sold it, (much to my wife's dismay because she liked riding it) , then I sold the Scrambler because I knew deep down I wouldn't get into it. Then this past weekend I sold the nighthawk just to buy something else and ended up with a Vulcan 750 I just picked up yesterday. (which led me here)
(Gotta love all the do it yourself info on the internet.)
During the ride home with it, I thought of some questions about it, it seems to be running pretty rich, and the PO put some Jardine pipes on it which are just way to loud for me, (never did care for that window shaking exhaust note). So I'll be picking everybodys brain, and I'll post some pics of the new bike later as well.
That's a little about me and how I found you all, looks like a solid place here, and I'm looking forward to hanging around a bit, when I'm not riding or course.
