Just spend a little time doing some research on the gear to help narrow down your choices .I googled helmet and gear reviews before I bought my stuff , it gave me a idea on what I wanted to get . You got any good bike shops close to your location ? visit some shops if you can and take a look at there gear section it might help . I've got a couple of Joe Rocket Jackets a Fieldsheer jacket and fieldsheer pants , I also have a pair of ICON gloves and a pair of alpinestar gloves , Two Shoei helmets and a KBC helmet , a pair of SIDI boots and a pair of Setup boots . I like all of the jackets equally , I favor my Shoei helmets even though the KBC is a good helmet and I prefer my SIDI boots

Bummer deej, Hey Jaidon get a pair of gloves with wrist support reason being my friend got side swiped by a deer and messed his wrist up for months. Now he'll only wear the full gloves. Just an idea.
