Hi all. Don't know if i've seen two many fellow canadians on here. So i figured i'd represent my country and my sex. I have been reading this forum for a little while now. Just picked up my 08 ninja 250R a few weeks ago. Very excited to start learning. My husband has an 07 Honda CBR 600RR and iguess i gottired of riding on the back. Great quality time and all, but i have been craving my own for a while. When i saw the new little Ninja i fell in love. Now i just have to wait for the snow to melt and my saftety course to begin!

Welcome to the KF family. We usually ban Canadian girls right off the bat, but I'm feeling generous, so I vote you can stay. lol. Make sure you get that safety course as soon as you can. It'll save your life.

Hey thanks everyone. Yes there are some good roads up here. Don't know how soon i'll be on 'em. Gonna take it all slow and YES i am signed up and all paid for the course. I may practice before thenbut only in a parking lot or somewhere equally deserted. I am concentrating on getting all the necessary gear right now. It's still barely above zero here and so, i wait.....
