Keihin 34 Issue.
When I back off the throttle the rpm stays high. Comes down slowly sometimes and at others just stays revved up. I can't find any air leaks and I've re-jetted for altitude (7,000 to 10,000 feet) and nothing seems to affect the problem. Idle and pilot jet adjustment don't help either. Any help would be appreciated that will keep me out of the local dealer's clutches.

hi mark i was wondering if you could help me i have a klx 250 96 model (european model) and i tried to remove the ignition wiring the white and brown to gether then i hfind out they have an anti hotwire system so i re-attached the ignition and fitted a kill switch which earthed the white or brown i cany remember which and now it wont run i think i may have damaged the cdi or something by earthing it with the engine running any ideas,thanks mathew
