scraped/scratched sprocket

Default scraped/scratched sprocket

i have a ring worn/scratched into my sprocket and think the chain guide is the culpret. any ideas/suggestions on how to fix it?

its an 01 kx125 and i think it may be scraping the chain also but am not sure

the circled area is roughly where the wearing is occuring and goes all the way around. it is like something is lightly scraping it and over time has left the mark there.

i will try to remember to take a picture tonight but like i said, theres not much to see, a sprocket with mark around it, not even sure if it is a really even a groove yet but definately visible/noticable

it wouldnt go all the way around then but maybe its on at an angle?? i will check that out tonight. any other thoughts/ideas?
