So, I am from Louisiana and have only been riding for about 6 months now. I have a kx100 and Louisiana has a new stupid law. Lousiana cannot sell 85's and under. Their reasoning is that the lead content in the plastics is too high. I mean seriously, what kid is going to naw on their bikes?!?!?! LA can also not sell gear to children 13 years of age and under. This is not only bad for them, but it is also bad for me and others that have bigger bikes with parts in common with the smaller bikes. Even though they can sell the kx100, I cannot get parts for it because they can transfer to an 85. Please help petition and protest this new law.

why not just go next state over or order them online?

 

because it is illegal to buy, sell, operate, etc all of the above.
