It's a great opportunity for Yuminashi to take advantage of an unfulfilled market demand. EJK needs the competition.
My Grom was all tricked out.
Lightened and lowered with an alloy rear swing arm and alloy clip on bars. Rode it for 11,000 happy miles, and sold it for $4,000 to get the KLX.
Just an update... it's been a while. Race tech front springs are in, along with FMF slip on and EJK tuner. Pair valve delete next, possibly.....
My daughter bought a Ruckus, and has me busy with that.

I rode a Ruckus for a couple years. They're rugged well designed little scooters and are lots of fun!
So, after riding the KLX on the street, doing 30mph in top gear…. Thought I’d change the rear sprocket from a 50t to a 42t, much better.
With 300R cams, the engine already has lots of low rpm pull, so a 50 is likely overkill. 42 should be a good compromise. Mine's a 37, and does 35 in top gear.
The 300SM has a 14T x 40T stock, which I almost went with, but the conservative side of me said, NO!!!! Go 42t to be safe.(Like 2 teeth is such a huge difference) All I know is, I like it.
I had to remove 6 links!!!
