Check your local laws, it may say street legal, but you might have problems getting it licensed in your state.

YMMV. I would imagine though that if it has a California plate, then it would be legal in any state.

I think Kali will accept a "Certificate of Origin" in leiu of a title IIRC. I don't know what kind of paper work Kawi issues with offroad bikes, so if you live in a state that requires a proper "title" it might be an issue.

Though i might be totally remembering incorrectly.
