Ok, that was quick. Yoshimura just lists the specs. I’m not smart enough to know what those numbers mean. Maybe someone here can speak that language
And I found this on an eBay auction from Oz. Looks like it was (probably) translated from Japanese.

OP, I'm pretty positive that the model they list will use the same cams as any KLX that's been produced. I would have a question about FI models vs. carb models. I might wonder if those cams are more adaptable to one or the other, and/or if the FI models might have any fueling issues with those cams. Is your KLX an FI model? I notice that quite a few Asian market KLX's had FI well before they showed up in the U.S.

Yes TNC, you’re correct. We have the FI klx here in Taiwan.
I believe the d-tracker was carbed in the beginning and eventually switched to EFI; looks like around 2008 with the D-tracker-X.
Yoshimura didn’t list the year but found this on another site:
Fits: Kawasaki 250SB '02~'05, D-TRACKER '98~'05
So yeah, probably designed for the carbed version.

Yeah, it doesn't mean it won't work, but it might need a tuner to optimize it to your current bike. In your market area do you guys have an FI tuner for the KLX? I'd bet someone in your area knows this and how it might work with these cams or other aftermarket cams.

From what I can see on webcams site, it looks like it may work. It's a bit wilder than the webcams I'm running. If it's fuel injected, you would need to remap but a carb model should really wake up.

Not much for tuners where I live. At least not for the klx. Our bike isn’t too popular here, possibly cuz of the seat height...not sure. More riders gravitate towards the CRF for a dual sport. But by and large, scooters are king.
I use the EJK with my big bore. Not sure if that would cut it for “tuning” in this case or if someone really would need to get into the computer and adjust from there?
