Well the more mods I look at the more I realize I probably won't get the big bore kit in till this winter, but in the meantime I am still gonna put on some of the more basic ones like a FMF powercore 4 and some fatbars and handguards and all that fun expensive stuff, seems like some people say that no jetting is needed for the fmf's and some people say otherwise, whats the truth? I get the feeling that maybe you don't need the rejet if you don't fiddle with the airbox cover but I am not sure.My other question is,if I install 20mm moose universal standard to fatbar clamps and a cr- hi bend fatbar will I need longer cables or anything like that or do I have enough room to work with?thanks in advance for the replys.

Just adding a pipe, required me to mess with the A/F screw, that was it.
I have CR-high bend (non-fat)bars with no risers and I had just enough cable to do it. Adding risers soon, waiting for +2 cables. I could use +1 as it is now(w/o risers), but with enough careful tugging and routing I could get it to work. If I cut the bars to stock width, it would be fine, but I like the width.

On my 09 the powercore4 was ok even before I messed with the af screw. Although it would help to back it out some from stock. I would not mess with the intake side without a rejet. The slip-on alone was the single best mod from stock I did. I ran the 13 sprocket up front for awhile but it's back stock now as I ride alot on road.

Great stuff! thanks guys for the info, also thinking about the 13t sprocket and just wondering, does it need any different of a chain length or can you simply loosen up the chain tension, replace the sprocket, replace the chain and away you go?
Thanks.
Thanks.

If I was going to do just one thing it would be the BB351 thing.
