Default WTB- side panels

I found a set of shrouds, but am still looking for some side panels. I'll consider a set or just the right(exhaust)side. I have a good left already. They don't have to look brand new, but would like as little scratches as possible. Let me know if anyone has some they want to part with.

Just get thick graphics to hide the marks, that's the way I'm going to go.

Right one has some "stiches" in it. They would have to be some pretty thick graffics to hide those.

You can buy a plastic "welding" kit for cheap at harbor freight (you can buy anything cheap there lol), my friend has it but we haven't tested it yet.

The abs welding is ok, but then you have to fill it more it seems to me. I normally groove the back side crack as you would for welding, and use a liquid welding method. Welds and is smooth for the end results. (MEK and abs shavings that are melted) You would hardly tell the crack was even there.

I think the right hand side panel from a KLX300 will fit. Not the left, though, due to the battery on the 250 that is not on the 300. Hit up Maier Manufacturing for them, a lot cheaper than OEM.

Edit - or maybe not, wow, $85. I thought I remembered these being $40. Nevermind.

Edit #2: actually, looks like they are sold in pairs, that accounts for the price. I think you used to be able to get them individually. I'd call them up and ask if you're not put off by around $40'ish for one.

$40 for a new one isn't bad if they'll break them up. Its getting the set thats the getter. New oem from ron ayers is like $71. Anyone want to buy a mint left side panel for a klx300?
