Weird - must have changed with that kit. The kit I got for the KLX300 (97-07) had a DD#32 bit in it with specific instructions to use it to drill the slide.

My bad

For the A/F cap I just used a bigger bit I had.

well decided when I woke up saturday morning around 2 in the afternoon I would put in the new Dynojet jet. Well I did, hudge success runnin the 124 with snorkel removed and stock exhaust.. I know I should have waited until I got the Exhaust, but, I couldnt lol. So when I get the exhaust ill run the 128 main jet.. Everything was good. Bike feels good. Noticable differance
