why do things have to be so complacated...(sprocket)
#11
That's what causes all the confusion, people assume the 300 and 250 use the same sprocket.
#13
You ignore everything I have said.
Sorry if it added to the confusion.

no problem man hopefully ill get it delt with today now my only problem is i have a sprocket i paid 20 bucks for and w8ted a month and a half for and now it dosnt fit do you think the dealer would take it back

And if yours wants to keep your business, he will to.
My bet is you have the one for the KLX250s.
If you have a look at bikebandit.com there are good parts diagrams for most bikes.
You can clearly see the difference in the sprockets for the 300r and the 250s.
Sorry again man, good luck with the dealer.

well i talked to the dealer and at first i was talking to a guy that was kind of an idiot when it comes to this stuff and said it was the suppliers fault and they couldnt return it on behalf of them, so i then went and talked to the parts manager that i know pretty good and he said his buddy had the same problem with his klx and he has the right part number so he went ahead and orderd it and he also said not to worry about the other sprocket i could bring it back no problem... its amazing the difference in service you get with a different person.
