Who's got the carb access tricks?

The engineers work with what they have.... the airbox needs to be large enough, we all want more gas tank capacity, it's really nice having the magic start button, but that means a battery, starter, and alternator, etc.. I suppose they could have started with a 650 frame instead of the KLX300 frame, but.....

One of the things that turned me on about this bike was it looked to be a KDX with better suspension and a 4 stroke engine. Well, I can take the carb out and put it back in the KDX in a few minutes. For the KLX, I have to set aside a good part of the day to do it. Kawasaki engineers once again need their regular beatings.

I can take all the stuff off, pull the carb and have it reinstalled in about a hour and a half.
I don't really see why its so hard. Now pulling the carb bank off the 6R, thats a bit more work.
