My girlfriend won't let me ride off-road alone any more (wha whaaa), due to "adventures" on my heavier bike. Any one down for rides/food-stops?

Won't she let you ride alone to JoAnn's Fabric Store to buy some lace for your underwear?

I kid, I kid! I've ridden by myself in the desert at times...it's very, very dangerous to do so, and she's right in trying to make sure you stay OK.

I live in Southern Nevada...if you've ever done the LA-Barstow-Vegas dual sport ride, we could start one morning in our respective towns, and meet in Barstow that evening...if one of us didn't show up, we could alert the authorities. I guess that doesn't help out a lot, does it? (It is a challenging ride that I'd recommend doing, if you haven't. It is cold in the mornings, though!)

I hope someone chimes in soon to ride with you.

LOL, Yeah, I would have left the "my girlfriend won't let me" part off of your initial post. Next time just say "hey anybody want to go rip it up in the LA area?"
I'd love to but I'm a couple thousand miles away.
Good luck,
Dan

95% of my riding is alone. I can't force anyone to go with me, and I get tired of asking. WhiskeyTF chime in hehehe

Lone wolf. That should have been my forum name lol because I now ride alone most of the time. My buddies with orange bikes now goes to mx tracks. Just not my cup of tea. They can't go with me even if they would like to. It's green sticker season now here in Cali. Most of them have red sticker.
