I was trying to link to a youtube video of a winter Mtn bike conversion, removes the wheels in favor of skis.....you tube's url links were dead for whatever reason.

Yep, the second one is what I was trying to link to. The URL from youtube would work by copy and paste into my browser, and then after I'd post, clicking the link would return invalid movie ID.

Do you think you could wheelie that bike with the trak on the back? if that ski got turned the wrong way could be a bad landing for the front wheel.... been there, done that on dirt.... lol

wanna feel something strange, take the klx out, for at least half hour, then come back and jump on a mountain bike.... talk about a weird feeling....lol.... i never thaught it would feel "strange" to be on a mountain bike for me.... It feels like i was born to be on two wheels.... [8D]

It looks like the tracked bike is only braced to keep the track from tipping up, I'd say you'd end up wheelieing with the track flat on the ground, you'd just rotate around it.

Yeah, I ride the KLX and my mtn bike on the same trails, when I first got the KLX I'd bomb the trails faster on my mtn bike. Now when I switch its more of a damn I'm going so slow feeling, and where the heck did all these deer flies come from?! The KLX is muuuuuuch more appealing in the dirt now
