Default Where are the ride reports?

Come on guys and gals, isn't it summer up there in the north? I thought you'd be gettin' em in thick and fast before the snow arrives.

Sounds like a 'gubment experiment

We's up in the north been busy riding, we will get the reports submitted when/if it rains.

Hes right Ive been slacking,, only have ridden the KLX like 3 times this summer,, Just dont have the time.. Work Work Work, Party Party Party, I plan to ride everyweekend but gettin to bed at 6 in the morn kinda kills it LMAO there always next year : )

roflmao....it's too hot to ride in the everglades now....I'll go thru water faster than gas. Besides it's lobster and scallop season.

I can post a fishin report.

Went to Cedar Key this weekend with some friends in search of the elusive scallop......rented a boat and an efficiency.

Got a bucket of scallops.

Mix them up with some lobster tails from my area and some big azzz shrimp from the bay and you got dinner.

FM Newburg

1 pound shrimp, boiled
1 pound bay shrimp
1 pound boiled lobster meat, diced
1/4 cup unsalted butter
5 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons
Medium-dry sherry
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
4 large egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
1 teaspoon paprika

First clean efficiency provided pots. Then Cook shrimp, lobsters and scallops in butter over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side, add 5 tablespoons sherry, stir and cook 1 minute.

Remove seafood. Add the cream to the skillet and reduce cream slightly. Stir in the remaining sherry, nutmeg, and egg yolks. Whisk and cook for 2 minutes more. Stir in the shrimp, scallops, and lobster meat and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika, serve and demand a cold beer for your efforts.
