No it rained and we our ran it and then it caught up with us and we out ran it again, motel one night, swimming pool hot tub, and then got dumped on again. My Field sheer jacket is not water proof and in fact 5 minutes and I was soaked, but then 50 miles out of the rain and the air dried us out again. Oh well that's part of the adventure.

I should have let half the air out of my tires, I got beat up pretty bad on these roads, I'm actually surprised that my rack or sub-frame didn't snap in half. I had most of 80 lbs on the rack. YIKES!!! But it held up.
