Your kacr didn't wear out in 1600 miles cause you ride hard, Who ever messed with the top end of the bike put it back wrong, remember JHoffy looks like his first effort.

well link, that could be the problem if had the engine taken apart before it blew. but in my case I bought mine brand new. could be a factory defect. unfortunately it isn't under warranty anymore
