Idles smooth, pulls hard to redline, no flat spots or stumbles. I have tried running without the airbox lid and richening up the needle and main. My bike seems to lose some low end pull and won't pull cleanly up to redline. Much better with airbox lid on.
drilled slide and the shorter spring? 1st time i've heard of that combo. interesting!

Default Spring

Ya don't have to cut the spring, I used bread-bag ties, after removing the plastic from the wire, compressed the first 4 - 5 coils wired them together then snipped the extra wire off

That's a great deal! Those things are a lot more expensive if you have to buy new.
