+1 no rim lock , not much need to balance in my experiences,

I did make up some removable spoke weights to help balance the wheels when i put rim locks on.

FWIW good balance material. Solid core solder wrapped around the spoke. That's what was on my short tracker way back when.

Neat idea. I just ordered a pair of tubliss conversions and d606 tires for my extra wheelset(SF owner) and was old thread dredging for info. Any solid core solder from Home Depot will do? Any procedure? pictures?tape? heat? etc? I prefer to learn from others when possible, thx.
