bike is fixed, new oil...and some f***ing with the fuel tap to get it to work...thanks guys for ur help...then new oil i think has stopped the noises so i think it is fixed

Just to make sure I follow ... you had an oil leak which ran your bike dry of oil and it eventually seized, is that right?
Even if it runs now, I'd be seriously concerned about internal bearings and cams. Running it dry until it seized surely did a lot of damage, even if you can't see it.
This is why you gotta be careful of used bikes, you just don't know the history.

didn't completely seize because it would still turn over just very slow, main bearings wouldn't of been damaged, Monday doing a compression test...so if worst comes to worse ill need new rings and a bore done
