I can get mine up pretty good in first but I have yet to try the clutch thing in second. It would be nice to have the available speed and revs where first is so limited

Mine won't come up in first with just a crack of the throttle wide open. Not a chance.

It should.

I have a friend with a stock 09 that rides wheelies in 1st and 2nd all day.

Mine when it was a 250 would come up in 1st with throttle. Just crank it at lower RPM's where it has a little more grunt.

If you ride woods the 13/45 gearing is alot better with the 250. Riding with my buddy on his stock geared 09 i can pull away from him. Maybe cause the '06's are faster

Good gearing combination there. I went a little overboard with a 13/49. This setup was great for me just learning how to ride dirt with slow steep technical stuff like Moab. Soon bumped up to 14/49 or 15/49 depending. A 45 rear will be installed this winter. Go '06 !
