Yes, the P3 is the quietest. The P4 wasn't that much louder but I thought it changed the sound a little and I just didn't like the sound as much as with the P3. Another thing is that the P3 is made to be used with the spark arrester and I don't think the P4 is. I love the sound with no tip but I also like to stay good with the neighbors. At least most of them.

They also confirmed that the P4 and P3 both work with spark arrestor.

 

That's what they told me too, but I don't think the P4is made to be used with the spark arrestor. Search on the forum, I don't remember but someone posted some pictures of the P4 tip. You can see clearly that there is a gap. I ordered the P4 tip becausethey told meit was fitting there, but when I tried to put the tip in place, I could'nt fit it tight.

Glad I ordered the P3 tip, then ! Warsanrotts didn't mention a problem though....maybe an early production run mistake?
