Web Cams 101 instalation

If it puts a smile on your face & you can afford to spend the money...It's worth it!
My mechanic dropped the 101's straight in with no problems. Make sure the shims are at the loose end of the tolerance scale. There was a little more noise from the topend after fitting the lumpier cams but my mechanic said it was to be expected from an already not so quiet thumper engine! And that was many thousands of miles ago & still sounds the same.
Enjoy some more torque in the low/mid rpm range & that extra 1000rpm of topend power before the power curve starts to drop off. Every little extra HP counts on these light weight SuMo's.

Never haha!! A couple of days ago i took a gamble & fitted a 120/70 Diablo Rosso on the front end & it has transformed the bikes handling for the better!! Pictures & a little writeup in a few days

OK 331 kit is in, Webcams are in. Initial experience almost saw me on my @zz. Twice. A sizeable bump in the upper mid range as well as an extra 500 usable revs after 8000 is where I am now at.
Seat of the pants, 2nd gear wheelie, with a 15 front sprocket, almost looped me with the unexpected bump in power after 6000 rpm. Feels more like an MX bike with a powerband now.
I spent an hour playing around with the EJK fuel controller to iron out the rough edges and am almost where it should be with regards to all round good behaviour.

I spent a couple hours up the mountains today fiddling with the EJK fuel controller, smoothing out the Burbles and Backfarts. I think I have it 95% jetted for sea level and up to 1000m. So stocked that I do not need to pull a carb off each time I need a rejet, however, has anyone else reading this thread gone down the 331, EJK controller route? I need some pointers on the switch point settings.
Besides the obvious pull throughout the rev range, the change most obvious is the sound. Gone is the nasty intake grawl, replaced by a louder exhaust note.

I paid 357 USD plus shipping to Seychelles. I purchased a spare set of cams to send to them, as I did not want to strip my bike and wait. You can pay them upfront for a spare set and they will refund you when you send your old cams back.
I have my originals that I can sell to anyone interested in doing the mod.

I paid a forum member 150 USD including shipping for his set. So I guess I will sell mine for the same, shipped via air to US.
