I musta missed sumthin........ STUPID BUG!!!!!!

You got a Glock, you got what many experienced shooters either have or want. I've got a SIG p229 357/40 and it's just too big, fat n heavy to lug around. Look what most LEOs hang on their belts.

I'm looking at the Taurus millenium ,45 because it's performs bigger than it is. BIG BORE punch that, from what I'm hearing, is very accurate considering the barrel length, feeds all brands of ammo, is slim and compact and they can be had for under $325.00 if you know somebody. (nudge nudge, wink wink.)

I like to keep things simple, compact and light. This little north American Arms 5 shot 22 magnum is about as small as it gets, it's accurate, 22 magnum ain't nothin I'd want shot with and if I everneed more than 5 shots I'm in deeper spit than I should be. It actually carrys about as small as a knife.

Do you think there are more deaths/murders/accidental gun deaths
In states/countries who's gun laws are strict
or more in places where gun laws are more flexable or less strict?

Not saying this is what I would do, but just a question.. BUT, if they tightened the gun laws all across the board, made it harder to own one, carry, and just made all around gun access very difficult, do you think murders would go UP, or Down? Or maby stay the same?
yes, the states with the worste gun crime are primarily the ones with the most strict "gun-control" laws...

why? because those crimes are being comitted with illegally owned guns anyways, and the criminals are more brazen because they know fewer people can protect themselves.

My instructor has the xd sub 9mm and it's nice. I've been shooting in all the classes a Sig 239 9mm and I like it a lot. It is a bit to big to carry all the time though. Sig is coming out with the sub compact version of the 250 and also a 238 I won't have the carry permit for some months so I'm just going to take my time and find the gun for me.

Concealed carry requires a permit but in many states it is legal to carry a non concealed firearm.

I go for the "hide in plain sight" plan, very small but non concealed.

KG, your patience is amazing. Many of the Injuns around here have gone off into the tall grass (guilty, your honor) and you're still waiting for the answer to your original post.

Shoot as many carry pistols as you can. Find one that feels right. Done.
