Wash Plug stock exhaust ?

Here are two:
Go get a little cork. If you can't find at the hardware store, try a beer or whine making supply shop.
Get a plastic bag and a rubber band. Cover the end of the muffler pipe and wrap it up.

It is real simple.
Do not spray the hose/water into the exhaust in the first place.
If your bike is not HOT then stuff a shop rag into the exhaust end and it will keep stuff from going into the exhaust unless you are using a high pressure water source such as the only you find a a do it your self car wash.
In my view you want to only use low pressure water being that the high pressure will actually force all the mud and crap into your suspension linkage, hub bearing and the like.
You can also keep the motor running while you wash the bike and the exhaust pressure will not allow water into the exhaust. Washing it while running will not hurt it and if it does then riding in the rain and crossing a stream is then bad for the bike.
