The adjustment was due to a little too much play in my throttle. Sounds like it may be hit or miss for adjustment.

It's the COOL things to do! Everyones doing it!

Well, you beat me to the punch. I was going to start a vortex thread..... +1 on all goodness about the vortex. However, you will be more touchy with the twisting since it turns about 60 degrees total.... (not 90 like stock). It uses the STOCK CABLE, no problemo. Now you have a spare cable, since it does not use the push cable ...
36 bucks delivered to my door.

Well worth the 30 bucks. It reminds me of the throttle on my RM125 i had years ago. Very snappy. I have only used it on the street for about 100 miles and cant really complain. Without the return cable I notice the area between my thumb and index finger is a little sore due to it being a tad harder to twist/hold in one place but im sure it just takes some getting used to.

(sorry for the crap pictures)

My only suggestion is to paint it black so it blends better with the bike. I have yet to do it.

Can't wait to get it out on the trails because i am sure thats where it will shine!

My dad told me about it and i had to have one to try it out. i have a KLX300R so i ride in the dirt and it makes everything easier. i think it was one of the best mods that i have bought.

have had one on my bike for about a week and a half now, freekin love it.
it's true that for longer rides it's a bit tighter and more fatiguing on the wrist, but you get used to it, and off road it's really a big difference.
easy to install, didn't do any adjusting at all at the carb side and it's perfect.
get one now, you won't be sorry!

Yep, well worth it.
Off road is where I really noticed the improvement.
Does strain the wrist a bit more but the feel is so much better.
