Just read the book and the P1 & P4 are not recommended for use with a spark arrestor. I have to wonder if people that work in tech support actually read the own catalogs!

I just brought in my bike today for it's first 600 mile service and I'm ordering the Two Brothers with the P3 tip for now. It is the only one you can use with the spark arrester. I do think I might also order the P4 for on the street. And I'm having the carb rejetted also. Can't wait to get it back. I'm going to see what they want to put on the exhaust since they have it and I will have them do the carb. From the directions it looks like it should take about all of 15 minutes or so?? Thanks for everyone's posts on this and I'll let you know my thoughts when I get it back.

I just got the P3 and it still sounds good, but really quieted it down and you keep the spark arrester. it was too loud out of the boxfor riding around a neighborhood. I rode by a couple kids about 8-10 years old and they were holding their hands over their ears as I went by.

I wonder with the P3 is it any louder than the stock exhaust? If so, what’s the point?? $330+ seems like a lot of money to spend on a slight performance gain. Sure it’s a less restrictive pipe than the stock, but when you put a tiny little tip on the end doesn't it defeat the purpose?

Oh, and I talked to a third person at 2 Bros who assured me that the P4 tip will work in conjunction with the spark arrestor. I was told that there will be a slight gap - which I think is a bunch of s*** - but the thing wont leak and the gap is only cosmetic. So I'm going to give the P4 a try and I'll post pic's as soon as I can...

Slight gap may be understatement. The P1 left a big gap.I hopeyou have betterluck. Warren may have the best idea of switching between the 3 and 4.

It's deinitely louder and sounds alot better than the stock exhaust. How much louder is hard to say but I do know it doesn't sounds like a lawnmower any more.

HOW MUCH LIGHTER IS IT THAN STOCK ? That's why I would get it. Did anyone weight their stock exhaust with the heavy looking cat and compare it to the new exhaust?
