Trying to decide upgrade path

RE: Trying to decide upgrade path
That's a great deal for any full system. I recommend you snap it up. Make sure you check-out how it's configured before you run it very long though. If it comes with a 'vortex' insert, take that outand justdeal with the added noise to avoidadding to the BG horror story list. Ifmaking it a bit more quiet is important to you, the 'quiet core' is your best bet. The vortex insert just wasn't meant for extended use.
Also, once you install it, make sure mid pipe isn't too close to the air box. There have been some reports of BG systems melting a hole in the side of the airbox....I imagine that was just a bad batch though.

Ok, well i've found a Big Gun system for about 250 USD (won't say where you god damned vultures ), and was just wondering, what's the verdict on these things?
I've heard good things and bad things about them. I've seen websites saying they pull apart like they were designed to do so. Hell, thumpertalk is sponsored by them (and you all know how much I hate thumpertalk).
But well, you can't beat 250 USD for a full system!
So should I give it a go?
