Trimmed the TCI Windscreen today
Today I remounted the TCI windscreen after first shaving 1.5" off the top and around the upper corners, then tapering down from there. Really happy with how it came out, pretty much looks like it was made that way. Still tall enough to take the wind off the chest, but not so tall that my wife will be hitting her helmet on it when the trail gets rough...
I used a skil saw with a metal cutting blade to make the cuts, then sanded the edges smooth with sandpaper.

Looks great Bill, like the shape. I couldn't bring myself to cut that $120 piece of plastic...so cut one out of some lexan that was laying around. Dad is hard on shields anyway, he snapped the plastic bolts on this getoff.

The original length on the shield was causing my wife to frequently hit her helmet on it when offroad, so I am hoping this will be a big improvement...
