Talking Trigger lights

Does anyone know how to trigger lights(on the street)?
--The sensors are used to picking up cars and sometimes don't sense that i am waiting for my light to change. Any suggestions?

Boot magnet would work. Had not thought of that. I did see a "Light changing magnet" on ebay when I was searching KLX parts. If it works then any magnet should help as low as possible. I have also seen posted to blip you starter and the mag field from that may trigger.
Or make 3 rights :-)

Well having only one stoplight in my town to experiment on, I have found this. If the light won't change, I either wait till a car comes up behind me, which could be 3 rotations of me being stuck there, which is totally unacceptable. Or I just put the kickstand down and back up and that usually triggers it. Last option and I've done this a few times, is if you are stuck there, you can legally (at least that's what I heard) turn on a red light if traffic is clear. The very last option is to just turn right and circle the block or take a different route. Since I only have the "one stoplight" I will just learn to deal with it. I do get some funny looks from people as I roll through the red light.... they should adjust the light sensors so that if a pedal bike is there it will go off.

Oh I forgot to add, I can see the blacktop cut out of where the sensors are and so as I come to that one place everyday after checking the mail, I try and make sure I'm right over that spot. A car that is 6 ft wide, doesn't have to worry about where they are in relationship to the sensor. But we do since our footprint is less than 2 ft.

so where in relationship to the cut out do you go? Over the line, in the middle of the square?
