Posting is borked. Good ride, bad tree, barely missed, saved my dad from being crushed, SUV and bikes ok, trailer is parts.

A few seconds later, I would have been standing in the corner that was hit, between the railing and my bike, my dad would have been standing between SUV and trailer, right where the tree hit hardest. Pushing him out of the way, both fell down, he was slightly shocked from power line in water of ditch.

All is good. $300 trailer with additional labor for railings, widening and ramp.

Watch out for those water logged trees in WA!

Shhhhhhhizer! That was a close call! Glad you and yours came out of it OK. The bikes were just a bonus.
