Trailtech, good service
Well, I was originally going to come on here to post the bad experience I got. Until things got iron'd out, and then I was a happy customer, so I figured I should post my + experience review of my experience with the company.
Started off by me buying a Vapor system from Ebay.
I get the system, and after 1 hour of use, it goes kaput on me. Screen goes blank and can't read anything.
So I called trailtech, talked to the warranty specialist (I will add there is no damnd automated menu either! Which is an A+)
I didn't get anywhere with him. Apparently the company I bought the computer from wasn't an authorized dealer. I wasn't happy as he basically told me I was SOL unless the company I bought it from replaced it for me. I hung up Pi$$ed off.
So I called back, talked to the kind customer service guy, he heard my story out, and hooked me up with what I feel I deserve.
SO basically I wanted to post the + experience I had with them, and they have a great customer service! After all, I was originally going to post the bad one before I called back a 2nd time to talk to someone else more concerned about customer satisfaction than the warranty guy.
I had another + with my kickstand too but I won't bother boaring with that one.
I will add too, that I also fitted my SMR with an entire trailtech electrical system, and it works great too. Street legal baby, whooo!!!
