Trade my 45T sprocket for your stock?
I hafve a 45 tooth steel sprocket with about 700 miles on it that I want to trade for an OEM 42 tooth stock unit, or will buy your stock sprocket. Any interest?

I am in NY. We can ship the sprockets via usps for cheap, like $10 or less. PM if you want to do this.
The reason I am going this route is a bit of a long story, but the short is, I am down one in the front and up three in the rear. With the larger rear sprocket you need a longer chain which I have. But recently I have wanted to use the kx as a more adventure bike, but still wanted it for single track trails. So I picked up a spare set of rims, for a cheap $225 shiped, and mounted Kenda 270's on my stock rims and will put my Kenda 760's on the spare wheels. This way I can still run hard pack and gravel roads on the street and its a quick wheel swap for serious off road riding. The problem is, with my gearing I cannot run highway speeds at a reasonable rpm, so I had a choice, go back to stock in the front or rear. Either way I needed a rear sprocket. I decided to go the rear route and once I did, the chainis too long for a 42 tooth sprocket, so on went the stock chain. I have no realdesire to change chains each time I change wheels with differnet sized sprockets, so for me it is easier just to get a stock sized rear sprocket.
Whew, told you it was a long story.
