No I stopped at the dealer yesterday while visiting the dentist 60 miles from home, and he showed me the muzzy minus the quiet tip. I told him at least 3 different times in the last 3 weeks make sure the tip is ordered or being sent and he said it was, well it wasn't!![:@] I am waiting to hear back as far as scheduling, he said work at the shop was three weeks out. But if I call the owner and tell him if I buy the other two bikes will he expedite my work. Maybe, but who knows.

 

This is precisely why I like doing my own work and not having to rely on the stealership.

 

That's nice you can do your own work, but as long as I have a 5 year warranty the dealer gets all of the technical stuff.

 

And you get wait until he can fit you into his schedule , and maybe, if you ask nicer next time, they will be sure and order the right parts.
