Surviorman - Desert episode (I know, it's not a movie) The producers leave him with a broken down dirt bike - looks more like a moped that they found in a junk yard

Just off-road? Lone Wolf McQuade when his supercharged ramcharger shoots out of the hole he was buried in...i agree with RoadWarrior, i still want a wrist crossbow!! haha but to stay on "bikes" i want that half motorcycle half tank bike (rabbit) in "saving private ryan"

 

Vanishing Point is one of my favorites, but I couldn't remember if he actually goes off road. Dirty Mary Crazy Larry is another. I think that they go on dirt roads among the nut tree orchards.
