Default TM36+Stock Bore Needle Jet

With help from people such as FlyingFinn, neilapples and David R I've come very close to my goal.

WithOUT screen/lid/snorkel jetting
17.5 PJ
130 MJ
P6 NJ
9DZH6-50 JN Clip on 3rd

Now the alternative adding the lid/snorkel

Dramatically less popping on deceleration when I add the lid+snorkel. Having these on also makes a smoother acceleration from idle and gear changes. Less intake sound, which IMHO interferes with my nice tone coming from my pipe.

I'm back to jetting. Pilot is working although not necessary. It could easily move down to a 15. Top end was far to rich so I dropped in a Mikuni 120. Pulling better. Mid-range is rich across the board. Moved the clip but still isn't right. Need to drop down a size.

Does anyone have a P-4 that they would like to trade for my P-8? Please send me a private message.

Could you add a few more details?
1. What pilot air jet are you running? (tiny jet that screws into one of the holes in the intake bell)
2. What is your elevation?
3. Which snorkle: KLX or KDX?
4. What exhaust system are you running?

I've got a tm36-68 that I'll install on my bike, currently stock bore, but I'll probably install the 300 kit that I've got sitting in the garage. Mine was used on a Yamaha Warrior, and it has a different pilot air jet than stock.
