I put the Valve Cover Gasket in hot water and then used gasket sealer to help stretch and hold it in place... It worked enough to get it started.

Ohhhhhh That pumper carb and 351 throttle response sounds good. I dont want to ride it until I have the Throttle Return engineered... I am wondering if I am missing something... I expected a more Direct Replacement kind of Carb from Bill. So maybe it is me

Anyways. If anybody has the Pumper carb on I am all ears - thanks!

Happy New Year!!!!

I have not played with this kit. But your return throttle should be adjusted the same as it was after you took it apart. Just fine tune it/lube etc. Could be an install binding or similar. Back track. I would not think that a 34 would result in your question of possible binding. Good Luck

You don't use the return throttle cable remove it from the throttle the only cable used is the pull cable.
Didn't I send you the instilation instructions with the TM33/34 carb it should have been in the box with the mikuni carb tuning instructions. If I didn't let me know i will E-mail them to you.
You will need to moove the wire bundle to the left side of the frame so the carb will clear.

Bill,

I got yuor emial with the instructions. Thanks!!!

I think I might have got the Sticker Instructions instead of the carb instructions.
I did get your Carb instructions now. Thanks!!

You will need to moove the wire bundle to the left side of the frame so the carb will clear.
Ahhh yes... That will help too.

I can't wait to ride it
I'm sooo close.

I have to figure out how to re-route the Carcoal canister and the other little canister to that I can properly vent the tank. I plugged all the extra ventson the tank and that will cuase vapor lock

I left the two plugged and the vent open and that still causes a vapor lock...
Anybody know the righ combination here?
