Talked with him a week or so ago. He's working on a BB for the new CRF250. I didn't get the sense that he's giving up yet!

So nobody has had any clutch or gear issues with the new torque of the BB? Again, I can't always use the search engine, so I apologize for the redundant threads. I'm sure these have been answered before.

I don't recall hearing of any gear issues.
Clutches will fail with use, especially heavy use. I replaced the clutch friction plates, metal disks, and springs during my 351 build primarily because the friction plates were out of spec and I wanted stiffer springs. Details in this thread: https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...351-0-a-36944/
