I think the tire debate is alot like the exhaust debate. With price being a bigger factor on the tires. There are a lot of choices and even more opinions. My Pirelli MT21 is working out fine and if it lasts longer that the stock tire, I will be happy.
The whole "how good is it in mud?" is a very subjective question, since we all ride in different types of soils and moisture contents. My definition of mud is definately not as deep or wet as EMS's.
So, no real answers.....just opinions.

Well I'll pitch out a used opinion...... the TMII is a great soft sand tire and seems to last quite a while....I've been spinning a 120/100/18 .......after riding with buds on more mx related bikes (using 110s)I'm thinking the 110/100/18 may work better due to less weight to spin and our low horsepower....even though it has slightly less surface area ....I don't know yet ?
