I max both front and rear out on the pressure, one because I......uuuuuummmmm ok I'm huge!,...two because I might carry even more weight, and three, I refuse to ever get a flat tire because of a wheel spin on the rim. 
I just did 350 miles off road and I ran 25 front and back, and I still felt a few of the rocks on the rim, so I'm just saying.
