Time to buy cool awsome things for the Motard!!
Ordering my Dyno jet stage 2 kit.....
The klx300 has part #2206
The klx250sf has part #2182
The klx250s has part #2152
The bikes all have the same carbs, right? Why different part numbers?
Next, is my exhaust. I am only interested in the header pipe. I've got a MIG welder, and ordered a 12" hushpower muffler
Leaning toward the FSW header.

Get the 2206 for the KLX 300, it is recommended by the experts on the forum and it is what I used. The two DJ kits for the 250S&SF contain identical parts. I believe the only real difference is the needle in the 2206. You can go to the DJ site to compare the contents of each of the kits.

You weren't kidding LOL...
Did the #128 main, no airbox lid, needle on the 3rd clip, runs great pulls WAY harder, has a slight miss at WOT between 8900-9500 rpm under high load in 5th.
Think its too lean?

The big gun comes with the race core, and vortex insert, i liked it a little less quiet with the vortex insert but it didnt run as good, so i got the quiet insert for mine, its still not quiet but runs better than the vortex insert but its not as loud as the race core.
i also took the red of the end of mine
Dont know what you mean by "miss". When im riding i can tell if its getting too much air or fuel. Bogging is too much air, stutter is not enough gas... if that makes sense.
