Forecast up to 20 inches (50cm) of snow, and 40mph winds, here tonight! Everybody is in "the sky is falling" mode here. Schools etc already closed for tomorrow. We actually got an email at work saying if it was bad enough we could use our judgment whether to come to work or not. To the east, Chicago is supposed to get even more.
So if your too warm Arctra, come cool off up here.

I think it was only 13 inches of snow here last night, but the wind piled it up pretty good.
Took me a couple hours to dig out our driveway. Went for a ride this afternoon. Outside of town it was deep in spots.

I wouldn't mind if it were just snow, it's the ice that is killing me right now. The weather here started with rain on Monday night and then went to freezing temps. After all that it started to snow. So we had about 1 to 2 inches of ice on the ground before the snow even started. I had to go into work today. Got out of the neighborhood ok but had a real tough time getting back into the driveway. We have at least two more days of below freezing weather. To top it all off the hot water pipes in the house were frozen this morning. Just now got them working again.

This is me, yesterday. Boring video but shows how much snow we've gotten here in the NorthEast USA.

I haven't seen this much snow in a LONG time. I'm ready for summer!!!!
