Common sense would tell you that wouldn't it. I got the tip from someone else and it made sense so I did it with excellent results.

my bike is 90+% dirt my last big ride was 650mi in one day(closer to 30hrs) of off road in NV doing a bomb run from barstow to vegas the to reno and the day after to bend oregon 98% offroad at close to 70 the whole time gps avrage was 65, i don't sit much this bike is a pre run bike its cheep and stays together i personaly like a harder narrower seat but i'm guessing most don't use it like i do

On my KLX 75 miles of commuting and my back side and low back are hurting.
Still love the bike though.

I ride my sf to work and school riding anywhere from an hour to 2 hours of riding a day, plus riding for fun and that stock seat just wasn't cutting it for commuting. I think those creases look fine and I am very happy with the new seat, did 2-3 hours of riding yesterday and didn't get sore at all.

Just did 4-hour trip on my KLX250SF. Man, that seat kills me. I really don't like how it slopes forward. Can anyone recommend a new seat upgrade?
