Default Thinking of selling...

I have a 2006, no mods, replaced the bars with Fly aluminum and put on acerbis hand guards. I also removed the rear tail light and put on the acerbis dual sport tail light. Just put on a new Kenda rear tire also. Bike only has 1300 miles and I am in upstate NY. Bike runs great and was used 60% off road so there are some slight scratches on the plastic, nothing major.

I am in upstate NY near Albany if anyone is looking, not looking to ship it out.

I would like to get $3000 for it, not sure what the going rate even is on these.

I can obviously send photos as needed as well, let me know.

Sorry to post here but I know a lot of people check here for this bike.

Steve

You should be able to get $3k no problem. List it over at advrider.com in the flea market section too. Plus craigs list of course.

What ya buying to replace it?

Funny you said that, with the price of gas pos scooters are selling for 2k here in florida......If I was a non-biker looking for cheap transportation..I'd think it was a cool ride compared to sumthin with 10" wheels.

It may not make sense but it's true.

I just got a new ride with 10" wheels. It is cool.
$50 a week back in my pocket. Runs 100km on 1.5 litres of gas. It's green too. What more do you want for AU$1200.

This is the No Brakes, KTM homage model. LOL

lol....that's a cool lil scooter. I like how small it is....good for the city. I could put it in the elevator and park it in my office.

Thanks guys, I will have see what happens. I have been a downhill mountain bike racer for 6 years, bought the bike to try something new and found I am a mountain biker. It was fun but just not getting used. I am actually considering a snowmobile to get through the winters.

If it goes I will miss lurking in here.

WOZ, say what? The thing screams Chinese, right down to the wire hanging down from the seat. If I'm wrong I'm sure you'll bust my chops....

Saw a Ninja looking 200cc at a Sam's club a couple of weeks ago, looked great from about 50 feet and at US $1,800 looked like a steal. Up close the truth was evident. Sub-par fasteners, tubing and inferior bits at every glance.

Ride one at your peril. We have this beast in the US, called a Ford Exusrsion. Latter day example of the mastadon. A Sprillo would hardly make a sound from the cab.....

Seriously, I think with gas prices what they are everyone is looking for more efficient transportation. I'm just not willing to go below my KLX to get there.

Don't mean to rain on your parade....
