Not sure but we both can enter if they do. If you are really interested I think that it would be really great to go together. At least if something happens to one of us like break a leg or an arm we can help each other out of a jam. LOL!!!

I sort've ran this hypothetical, what if, just thinking about it, idea by my wife and she did not cozy up to it at all. Said something about three kids needing a father and her being a widow, blah, blah, I didn't catch quite all of it as I was going over in my head what tires might be best for SC soil conditions But I think I might have my work cut out for me between now and then in convincing her that this is a good idea. Ok, my first attempt - my wife bowls on a couple of leagues here and I just said that, you know, she bowls competively so why can't I ride my bike competively, huh? I got "the look" - you know what I'm talkin' about - the cold, calculating, you're an idiot, glare.
Anyway, this is kind've one of those things on my list "to-do" in life, so I really want to do it. At least once.
Hmmm ... are the bikes broken up into cc classes? Am I going to have to put my 250cc cylinder back on for this or will my 300/330cc push my up into a larger bore size class?

Yeah, I downloaded the rule book and the rules say that you can overbore up to 0.080 inches or 2mm and still be considered in the same class. For the 250, that'd be going from a 72mm bore to a 74, but the 300cc bore size os 78 so that would be 3 times too much. It now makes sense why I've been sing 80mm overbore pistons for the KLX300
However, if I raced in the senior class (40-45 yo) where, the rules state the cc limit is "open", there would be no limit and no need to put the 250 back on, so I guess that's what I'd probably do just to avoid the hassle of tearing apart my engine.
