So my brake lights works, and so do my blinkers, but when I'm riding at night I have no rear brake or license plate light? Do you guys know what could be the problem

You mess with the wiring? Did you mix the tail/license plate light wire with the brake light wire?

The tail light bulb has 2 filaments; both of them are still OK?

Check the bulb, the license plate and tail lamp use the same bulb for illumination. So with the key in the on position both should light up and when you hit the brake and tail light and plate light should appear brighter.

ditto...the bulb is 2 filaments...99% sure your tail light filament is out....your brake light filament is probably still okay...make sure you get the correct replacement bulb...many bulbs will fit and work, but if you replace it with the incorrect watts, it'll burn out again in few months or sooner (made that mistake once)

*bows down* you guys are geniuses, the filament was broken, I had no idea the bulb has two filaments, nor did I know that when your tail light fall out and bounces around that a filament can break. well know I know I suppose.

Tail light filament is burning any time the bike is on (or in a car, anytime the lights are on),,,, brake light filament is only energized when brakes are applied. Much more "burn" time on the tail light filament.
