Suspension

RE: Suspension
You can replace the fork springs with a set of the proper stiffness for your weight:

Rear shock spring can be replaced too. Call up http://www.moto-pro.com/ and they'll ask you some questions about your bike, weight, and riding style and offer some suggested spring rates for both.

RE: Suspension
Like Nobrakes stated, at minimum replace your springs for your weight and adjust the sag and clickers and you will notice a big improvement. Stock the bike is way soft in front for your weight and close in back. Your slightly heavier than what the back is rated at.An even better solution is to have a good suspension shopset up the springs and do a re-valve job. Springs will probably run about $200.00 front and rear while a complete suspension job will be about $600.00.I have ridden both ways. If most of your riding is on road, save your money and just get the correct springs. If your into serious off roading the complete suspension job is worth the money if your going to keep the bike for a while.
